It's probably the hotsauce. Dont worry, with time, you will get used to it and you wont even feel it anymore (assuming you keep eating spicy things on a daily basis.) If the discomfort is too much for you, then maybe you should stop eating the hot stuff.

a 'tiny bit' of blood could just be some indigestable matter in your GI tearing the GI wall. it'll repair itself. if blood is common, see a doctor though
